Our chocolates are made fresh daily, so we recommend you enjoy them within 10 days of delivery.
Keep in a cool dry place (ideally between 64-70ºF).
Do not refrigerate unless it's absolutely necessary. You can refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks by wrapping the box with plastic. If you do, allow the bonbons to come to room temperature (68°-71°F) before sampling.
If you want to keep your bonbons for longer (up to 6 months), send us an email and we will walk you through the steps.

Shipping
We Ship Monday through Wednesday. Any orders placed after 4pm PST will be scheduled to ship the next day.
Orders placed on Thursday and Friday for FedEx 2days service will be shipped on Monday.
Instead, all Express shipping service can be delivered on Saturday for an additional fee; expect for ground shipping services.
You can track your order using the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email once it ships.
Backorder: If you place an order for chocolate boxes during the week and they are temporarily out of stock, your order will be shipped the following week.
