We're happy to help you ship your chocolate boxes to multiple destinations and reach your loved ones wherever they are! To backorder your boxes, please complete the following steps:
1. Send us your addresses to info@melissacoppel.com. Please, include the following information: Full name, phone, address (include unit number or other relevant info.), city, state, and zip code.
2. We'll send you back an invoice with any extra shipping fees.
3. We are happy to add a handwritten note to your chocolate box! Send it in the same email and we'll do the rest.
4. Your delivery will be scheduled once the previous steps are complete.

All molded and enrobed bonbons in this indulgent present are handcrafted by Chef Melissa Coppel, whose bonbons have been praised by the New York Times and Serious Eats for their dynamic flavors and colors.
We know chocolate should always be part of the celebration, so you can choose between our vegan, gluten-free, and regular options (12 and 24 pieces).

Thank you for letting your family and friends know how much they mean to you with our chocolates.
We are happy to add a handwritten note to your chocolate boxes. Please add it in the box note or send us the message you would like to include to our email info@melissacoppel.com, and we will do the rest.
STORAGE
Our chocolates are made fresh daily, so we recommend you enjoy them within 10 days of delivery.
Keep in a cool dry place (ideally between 64-70ºF).
Do not refrigerate unless it's absolutely necessary. You can refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks by wrapping the box with plastic. If you do, allow the bonbons to come to room temperature (68°-71°F) before sampling.
If you want to keep your bonbons for longer (up to 6 months), send us an email and we will walk you through the steps.
BACKORDER POLICY
If you need your order by a certain date, just add a note to your purchase or select a specific date from the "Delivery Date" box.
SHIPPING
We Ship Monday through Wednesday.
Any orders placed after 4pm PST will be scheduled to ship in the next day.
Orders placed on Thursday and Friday for FedEx 2days and FlatRate service will be shipped on Monday.
Standard Overnight orders will only be shipped Monday through Thursday.
