CUSTOM NOTES AND GREETING CARDS
STORAGE
Our chocolates are made fresh daily, so we recommend you enjoy them within 10 days of purchase.
Keep them in a cool dry place (ideally between 64-70ºF).
Do not refrigerate unless it's absolutely necessary.
SHIPPING AND BACKORDER
We Ship Monday through Wednesday.
Any orders placed after 2pm PST will be scheduled to ship in the next day.
Orders placed on Thursday and Friday for FedEx 2days service will be shipped on Monday.
All Express shipping service can be delivered on Saturday for an additional fee (ask for Saturday Delivery in the note box), expect for ground shipping services.
You can track your order using the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email once it ships.
Backorder: If you place an order for chocolate boxes during the week and they are temporarily out of stock, your order will be shipped the following week.
