Our chocolates are made fresh daily, so we recommend you enjoy them within 10 days of delivery.
Keep in a cool dry place (ideally between 64-70ºF).
Do not refrigerate unless it's absolutely necessary. You can refrigerate our chocolates for up to 2 weeks by wrapping the box with plastic. If you do, allow the bonbons to come to room temperature (68°-71°F) before sampling.
If you want to keep your bonbons for longer (up to 6 months), send us an email and we will walk you through the steps.

However, orders with "FedEx 2-Day" shipping will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday (not Thursday), and delivered Wednesday through Friday.
Any orders placed after 3 pm PST will be scheduled to ship the following day.
Orders placed on Thursday and Friday for FedEx 2-Day service will be shipped the following Monday.
