These dragées look a little more rustic. They highlight the beautiful shape and flavor of pecans, which don’t need much to transform into heavenly sweets.

Chef Melissa caramelizes each pecan in a rich syrup infused with vanilla bean powder and cinnamon.

For a caramel kick, she coats them with Cacao Barry’s white caramelized chocolate.

Finally, each dragée has a light coating of cinnamon powder.
