Our newest recipe addition is an inviting Banoffee Tart brimming with warming flavors and layers of texture. Created by none other than Chef Ramón Morató, this reinvention from the classic banana-forward pie works with surprising and rich flavors in each layer. The tart draws inspiration from one of the most perfectly created pairings –bananas and peanuts– to let freshness, crunch, saltiness, and lightness play together. From the sablé dough, the spiced roasted peanut crunch topped with some fresh banana cubes, to the caramel and mascarpone whipped cream; this Banoffeeis really something to make you (or your customers) go bananas!
